In 1995, Sebastian made the first steps of his career in Lautrec Nazca Saatchi&Saatchi as Copywriter.
After working there for 4 years, he worked for Y&R in which he reached the position of Creative Director.
In 2004, he accepted the challenge of starting a new agency, Kepel & Mata, as General Creative Director.
From September 2008 up to May 2012, he was General Creative Director of McCann Erickson Argentina.
In July 2012, Sebastian joined JWT Argentina as General Creative Director together with Anita Rios.
During his professional career, Sebastian has worked and headed the work of teams which won different clients and business at local and regional level such as: Evatest, Budweiser, Google Maps, etc.
He worked for accounts such as: Aerolineas Argentinas, YPF, Quilmes, Disco, Budweiser, Clarin, Ford, Santander Rio, Brahma, Coca–Cola, Bayer, among others and has participated as jury in most of the National and International Festivals and throughout his career, won awards in the most important worldwide Festivals.
